Organisational chart

At the top of the organisational structure of Gruppo Manni is the holding company, Gruppo Manni Hp, managed by Giuseppe and Francesco Manni and Managing Director and Director-General Enrico Frizzera, from which the three main subsidiaries depend, MANNI SIPRE (service centre for plates, standard and special beams, structural steel tubes), ISOPAN (producer of isolating metallic panels and civil and industrial roofing and walls) and ICOM ENGINEERING (an engineering and construction company offering engineering services to Customers in the construction business).

There are offshoots of these companies throughout Italy (such as MALAVOLTA, CMM, CENTRO SERVIZI INOX) and abroad (ISOPAN IBERICA and ISOPAN EST), specialising either in high-tech processing or customised products.
